No Show and Cancellation Fee Policy
At Logan Counseling Services, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. In order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented a No Show and Cancellation Fee Policy. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the details outlined below:
Booking and Confirmation:
When scheduling an appointment, clients are required to provide valid credit card information. This information will be securely stored and will only be used to confirm and guarantee your appointment.
Cancellation Notice:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we respect your need to reschedule or cancel appointments. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, a fee of $55 will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that could have been offered to another client.
How Charges Are Processed:
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking; it is securely stored for the sole purpose of enforcing our cancellation policy. Charges will only be processed if you fail to provide sufficient notice or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment.
